Chromium polynicotinate is a niacin-bound, absorbable form that may be used as part of your diet to help maintain a healthy blood sugar level.

Along with regular exercise, 400-600 mcg of chromium polynicotinate has been shown to support healthy weight control in overweight women.^1-2 Supplement to be taken in conjunction with a healthy diet and regular exercise program. Results may vary.
